These Coaching & Training Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in any coaching program, training session, class, workshop, or educational content offered by Beauty On Command LLC under the Skin Aging Rx™ brand, including but not limited to:

  • The Skin Aging Rx™ personalized coaching program
  • In-person group and private training classes at Speranzi Facial Spa, Verona, NJ
  • Virtual coaching sessions and online education
  • The VIP Day immersive experience
  • Digital content, downloadable guides, and educational materials
  • Beauty On Command® skincare product education and protocols

By enrolling in or purchasing any program or session, you agree to these Terms in full.

Program Enrollment

Enrollment in the Skin Aging Rx™ program requires completion of an enrollment request form. Yolanda Russo personally reviews each application to ensure the program is an appropriate fit. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Beauty On Command LLC.

Upon acceptance, you will receive program details, scheduling information, and any required intake forms. Your spot is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a signed agreement where applicable.

Scope of Services

Coaching and training services provided under the Skin Aging Rx™ program are educational and wellness-oriented in nature. They are designed to teach facial massage techniques, lymphatic drainage, skin nutrition principles, and daily ritual practices.

These services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Please refer to our Medical & Educational Disclaimer for full details.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of enrollment or booking unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; pricing changes will not affect confirmed enrollments already paid.

  • All sales of digital products, downloadable guides, and online educational materials are final and non-refundable.
  • Coaching program fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
  • VIP Day deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date with a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

For in-person sessions and the VIP Day experience:

  • Cancellations made with 72 hours or more notice may be rescheduled at no charge (one reschedule per booking).
  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the session fee.
  • No-shows forfeit the full session or program fee.

For virtual coaching sessions:

  • Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice may be rescheduled once at no charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee.

Beauty On Command LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full reschedule or credit will be offered.

Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of the Skin Aging Rx™ program, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health and skin history information prior to beginning any program or session.
  • Disclose any medical conditions, skin diseases, allergies, recent procedures (including Botox, fillers, or surgery), or medications that may affect the suitability of techniques.
  • Follow program instructions and daily ritual recommendations consistently and as directed.
  • Consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning the program if they have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or under physician care.

Individual results vary. Results depend on consistency, individual skin health, lifestyle factors, and adherence to the program protocol.

Intellectual Property

All program content, techniques, materials, guides, videos, and educational resources provided through the Skin Aging Rx™ program are the exclusive intellectual property of Beauty On Command LLC. Skin Aging Rx™ is a pending trademark. Beauty On Command® is a registered trademark for skincare products.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, record, resell, or create derivative works from any program content without prior written permission from Beauty On Command LLC. See our full Intellectual Property Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

Beauty On Command LLC, its owner, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Adverse reactions or sensitivities not disclosed prior to participation
  • Outcomes resulting from failure to follow program instructions
  • Results that differ from individual expectations
  • Indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in any program or session

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in any program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
