This Intellectual Property Policy describes the ownership and permitted use of all trademarks, brand names, proprietary methods, content, and materials associated with Beauty On Command LLC, Skin Aging Rx™, and Beauty On Command®.

Trademarks & Brand Names

Beauty On Command® is a registered trademark of Beauty On Command LLC, registered for skincare products. The ® symbol indicates active federal trademark registration. Unauthorized use of this mark in connection with any goods or services is strictly prohibited.

Skin Aging Rx™ is a trademark of Beauty On Command LLC, with a trademark application currently pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The ™ symbol indicates active trademark claim and pending registration. All rights are reserved pending registration.

Additional names, slogans, and marks associated with Beauty On Command LLC, including but not limited to "Aging is inevitable, but skin aging is optional" and the Skin Aging Rx™ program name, are the proprietary intellectual property of Beauty On Command LLC.

Proprietary Methods & Program Content

The following are proprietary to Beauty On Command LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property law:

  • The Skin Aging Rx™ process — a personalized skin assessment and blueprint methodology developed by Yolanda Russo
  • The four-quadrant framework (Lifestyle, Daily Routine, Skin Nutrition, and Relationship with Self) as applied to skin aging reversal
  • The DARE Method™ — a proprietary system for diagnosing, correcting, resetting, and exercising skin health habits
  • All written program materials, guides, workbooks, and downloadable content
  • All video content, instructional recordings, and live or recorded coaching sessions
  • Facial massage sequences, lymphatic drainage protocols, and technique combinations as taught in the Skin Aging Rx™ program
  • The Beauty On Command® skincare product formulations and protocols
  • All website content, copy, photography, and design elements on skinagingrx.com and speranzi.com

Clients enrolled in the Skin Aging Rx™ program are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use program materials for their own personal skin care practice only. This license does not permit:

  • Sharing, forwarding, or distributing materials to others
  • Reproducing or republishing any content on social media, websites, or other platforms without written permission
  • Teaching, coaching, or instructing others using Skin Aging Rx™ methods or materials
  • Recording any live or virtual session without prior written consent
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or commercializing any program content in any form

Social Media & Attribution

Clients and followers are welcome to share their personal results and experiences on social media. When referencing the Skin Aging Rx™ program or Beauty On Command® products, please use the correct trademark symbols and tag our official accounts:

Testimonials and results shared publicly may be used by Beauty On Command LLC for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of Skin Aging Rx™, Beauty On Command®, or any other Beauty On Command LLC intellectual property, please notify us immediately:

Governing Law

This Intellectual Property Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
